Turn Snap on
Open Map and turn Snap on.
Drag near another point
Select and drag a point near another point.
Watch image guides
On image backgrounds, watch the alignment guides while moving.
Snap on Google Maps
On Google Maps, move near another point to snap to its location.
Turn Snap off
Turn Snap off when you need unrestricted positioning.

Tips and Limits
Image snapping and Google snapping are different: Google uses proximity to another point so rotated-map alignment stays meaningful. This is not automatic lot-boundary detection, a surveying tool or a GLB snapping system.
