Help visitors recognise clickable Availability geometry using status-coloured fills and outlines.

Steps

  1. Link geometry to Availability points and enable Use availability overlay for those objects.
  2. Leave Flat colour enabled for a clean, front-facing silhouette.
  3. Set Resting opacity between 0% and 100%. At 0%, the fill appears only on hover or selection.
  4. Enable Show outline and adjust Outline opacity from 0% to 100% and Outline thickness from 1 to 8 px.
  5. Preview from several angles and Publish changes.

Defaults

Flat colour on; Show outline on; outline opacity 50%; thickness 1 px; resting fill 0%. Previously saved explicit opacity choices are retained.

Expected result

Outlines and resting fill can be controlled independently. Hovering or selecting gives a brighter status-colour fill of at least 55% opacity.

Tips and limits

Flat silhouettes show only the nearest front-facing linked shape at each pixel. Rear linked shapes do not show through a foreground shape, even at 0% resting fill. Outlines follow the visible boundary rather than triangle edges. Highlights intentionally draw over the architectural model shell; this is not wall occlusion. Turning Flat colour off restores layered fill. Eye-hidden or filtered-out objects stay hidden. These controls apply to Availability overlays, not Information points.

The former Colour linked geometry by availability switch is no longer shown. Areas & polygons starts collapsed and controls the separate 2D area styling.

Effect on the published viewer

Styling remains draft until Publish changes.
