You need editor access to the project. Enquiry deletion is permanent.
Set the privacy URL
Open Settings and enter the project privacy-policy URL in the enquiries setting.
Publish the link
Publish the updated policy link.
Open View enquiries
Open Analytics and choose View enquiries.
Refresh and load more
Use Refresh for recent submissions and Load more for older results.
Review or delete
Review the submission details. To remove an individual enquiry, choose its trash icon and confirm the named enquiry in the warning.

Tips and Limits
Enquiry deletion is permanent. Received totals and related completed-form counts update; recorded visits and clicks remain. Analytics reset is different and retains enquiries. Email notifications are not enabled; HubSpot is deferred and its project controls are hidden. Project JSON/Excel exports exclude enquiries, so retain required business records separately.
Effect on Public Viewer
Publish the privacy URL. Received enquiry records are already live and do not need publishing.
