Connect HubSpot and send project enquiries
Connect your HubSpot account and send new project enquiries to its contacts and deals.

HubSpot connection, then the project's HubSpot enquiry settings.
Steps
- Open the HubSpot connection page and choose Connect.
- Choose the intended HubSpot account and approve the requested access.
- Open the project’s HubSpot settings and enable sending new enquiries.
- Choose the pipeline, deal stage and owner, then save.
- Submit an enquiry through the published viewer using your own details and a clear test message.
- Open Analytics → Enquiries and refresh. Confirm Sent, then check the contact and deal in HubSpot.
Expected result
A new enquiry is saved in Prevue and sent to the connected HubSpot account. Existing enquiries are not automatically imported.
Contacts, deals and history
- Contacts are matched by email. Existing contact fields are not overwritten by the enquiry.
- Repeated enquiries from the same contact about the same point in the same project reuse the deal and append its Prevue enquiry history property.
- A different point creates a separate deal for the same contact.
- House-and-land package and builder details are included in the enquiry history when supplied with the enquiry.
- If a deal seems missing, check HubSpot’s pipeline and list filters.
Delivery status
- Sent: Delivery completed; a deal link is available when recorded.
- Queued / Waiting to retry: Delivery is pending or will retry after a temporary failure.
- Paused: Sending is disabled. Saved queued items wait until sending resumes.
- Needs attention: Review the error and connection/settings before retrying.
- Not queued: The enquiry was not queued for HubSpot.
Use Retry delivery where available, then refresh. Retry timing and safeguards still apply; the button does not bypass the scheduled delay.
Limits: One connected HubSpot account per Prevue owner. Each project has its own sending settings. Disabling sending keeps new enquiries in Prevue without queuing them for HubSpot. Previously queued items remain subject to their original destination and ownership checks.
Publication: Saving HubSpot settings affects new submissions without a map Publish step. The public viewer must already be published and accessible.
