Give existing records an enquiry action without opening every row. Active records without an enquiry button receive one.
You need editor access to the project. The full popup must be enabled for its buttons to show.
Show the Buttons column
Open Points and show the Buttons column if necessary.
Run the bulk action
Use the enquiry action in the Buttons column heading, labelled Add enquiry button to all points.
Wait for save
Wait for the change to save.
Review sample rows
Review a few representative records and their On click actions.
Check in Preview
Open a published popup or Preview to check that the button appears.
Expected Results
Active records without an enquiry button receive one. Rows that already have an enquiry action are skipped, and rows already using all four buttons are reported for manual review.
Tips and Limits
The full popup must be enabled for its buttons to show. Do not use the action as a substitute for checking records already at the button limit or configured to open a different background.
Effect on Public Viewer
Button changes are live record edits. Preview does not submit a real enquiry.
