Simplify a wide table without removing the underlying data. The editing table is easier to scan; hidden columns retain their values.
You need editor access to the project. Table visibility and public popup visibility are separate.
Filter or find records
Use the tag filter to narrow the Points table. To find an unplaced record by name, use Find a record in Map then Add points.
Show or hide columns
Choose Columns to show or hide standard or custom columns.
Sort by name
Click the Name heading to cycle between Custom order, A–Z and Z–A.
Reorder rows
In Custom order with filters cleared, drag a row handle to reorder. The handle also supports up and down arrow keys. Placed on shows the backgrounds containing each record.
Clear the filter
Clear the tag filter when you want to return to all active rows.

The editing table is easier to scan. Hidden columns retain their values.
Tips and Limits
Table visibility and public popup visibility are separate. Hiding a column does not make its contents private or remove it from a published popup. Tags can be stored on records; there is no dedicated viewer tag dropdown.
Effect on Public Viewer
Table visibility changes do not by themselves hide public data.
