Permanently remove a development and its public presence. The project, its backgrounds, points, houses, enquiries and analytics are removed.
You need to be the project owner. Deletion is permanent.
Export a backup first
Export a JSON backup first if you want to retain its content.
Retain enquiries separately
Separately retain any enquiries or analytics you need; the content backup excludes them.
Resolve billing first
In Settings resolve billing first. If status is Checkout started and payment is unfinished, choose Close unpaid checkout and confirm. Refresh payment status before retrying deletion.
Choose Delete project
Open the project card menu and choose Delete project.
Confirm carefully
Read the warning and confirm only for the intended project.
Expected Results
The project, its backgrounds, points, houses, enquiries and analytics are removed. Viewer links and embeds stop working.
Tips and Limits
Deletion is permanent. Close unpaid checkout verifies the Stripe session and closes an eligible unfinished link; it does not cancel a paid subscription. Active or unresolved subscriptions still block deletion. Cancellation at period end retains access until expiry. There is no automatic deletion timer for expired or inactive projects in v0.69.1.
Effect on Public Viewer
Deletion immediately removes public access. There is no publishing step or undo.
