Store project-specific details such as Stage, Aspect or Unit type. The project has a labelled text field with a stable internal identity.
You need editor access to the project. Up to 40 custom columns are supported.
Name a custom column
Open Columns and enter a unique name under Custom columns.
Add the column
Choose Add column and enter values in the new text column.
Rename if needed
Use Rename to change its label without creating a different field.
Map to a sheet (optional)
Map it to a Google Sheets column if required, using Google Sheets connection.
Delete permanently
To permanently remove it, choose Delete and then Delete column and values after reviewing the warning.
Expected Results
The project has a labelled text field with a stable internal identity. Non-empty custom values can appear on public popup cards.
Tips and Limits
Up to 40 custom columns are supported. Numbers and dates are stored as text, not typed numerical filters. Delete removes the field, every point value, the sheet mapping and the public-card field; the source Google Sheet is unchanged. Hiding is the reversible alternative.
Effect on Public Viewer
Add or rename the column definition and publish to update public labels. Existing field values are live. Confirmed deletion also removes the field from the published layout immediately.
