Place a flat development plan over real-world satellite imagery. The PNG is anchored geographically and follows map movement and perspective.
You need a Pro project and editor access. Moving the PNG does not move already placed points or polygons.
Upload the PNG
Choose Upload PNG and select a flat top-down transparent plan.
Position the plan
Unlock alignment if needed, then drag the plan to position it.
Set the scale
Use the resize handle or Plan width in metres to set its scale.
Rotate into place
Use the rotation handle or Rotation in degrees to line up roads and boundaries.
Adjust opacity and lock
Adjust opacity to compare it with the satellite image, then Lock alignment.
Replace or remove later
Use Replace PNG or Remove overlay later if needed and check the alignment again.

The PNG is anchored geographically and follows map movement and perspective.
Tips and Limits
Moving the PNG does not move already placed points or polygons. Align the plan before placing records. The overlay is a flat image; an angled render will not line up reliably across the site. Its placement is not a survey-grade georeferencing service.
Effect on Public Viewer
Publish to apply the overlay, alignment, opacity or removal publicly.
