Review invoices, manage payment details and schedule cancellation through Stripe. The cancellation state is reflected in Prevue while already-paid access continues to the applicable date.
You need a Stripe customer on the project subscription. Choose Basic and Choose Pro start a new checkout; they are not upgrade controls.
Open Manage billing
Open Settings and choose Manage billing.
Review in Stripe
Review the current subscription and invoices in Stripe's portal.
Cancel or resume renewal
Use the available portal action to cancel future renewal or undo a scheduled cancellation.
Refresh payment status
Return to Prevue and choose Refresh payment status.
Check dates
Check the paid-through date and Cancels on date or end-of-period message.

The cancellation state is reflected in Prevue while already-paid access continues to the applicable date.
Tips and Limits
Choose Basic and Choose Pro start a new checkout; they are not upgrade controls. They can stay disabled until an existing subscription has ended, even after renewal is cancelled. Direct Basic-to-Pro switching is deferred. Choose the initial plan carefully and contact support before planning a change.
Effect on Public Viewer
Subscription status updates are live. Cancelling renewal does not immediately delete the project.
