Hide a record reversibly or remove it permanently when it is no longer needed. Archiving hides the point; restoring makes it available again; permanent deletion removes the record and its placements.
You need editor access to the project. Delete forever cannot be undone and may release files used only by the item.
Move rows to the bin
In Points choose Select rows, tick the intended rows, then choose Move to bin and confirm. Linked Sheet rows are excluded rather than removed from the source sheet.
Open Bin
Open Bin to see archived records.
Restore a point
Choose Restore to bring a point back with its retained placements.
Delete forever
Use Delete forever for a single archived manual point, or Empty bin for the listed manual points, and confirm permanent removal.
Sheet-linked rows
For a Google Sheets row, use Exclude or Include again instead of the manual bin workflow.
Expected Results
Archiving hides the point. Restoring makes it available again. Permanent deletion removes the record and its placements.
Tips and Limits
Delete forever cannot be undone and may release files used only by the item. Existing enquiries and analytics are retained for item deletion. Deleting an entire project has different consequences.
Effect on Public Viewer
Archiving, restoring and permanent deletion affect live record visibility immediately.
