Edit supported point and house fields in a spreadsheet with review before import. Reviewed supported changes are applied to their matching records.
You need editor access to the project. Blank cells can clear editable values; missing rows do not delete records.
Export Excel
Wait for saving to finish and choose Import / export then Export Excel.
Edit supported fields
Open the exported workbook and edit supported fields in Points or Houses.
Keep Unique IDs
Keep existing Unique IDs and the workbook's baseline structure intact.
Import and review
Save as .xlsx, then choose Choose file to import in the same project. Review Before and After values and choose Import rows when correct.
Check in Prevue
Check the updated records in Prevue.

Tips and Limits
Blank cells can clear editable values; missing rows do not delete records. Depth is supported as a numeric lot field; an older workbook without a Depth header preserves current values. Images, buttons and placements remain managed in Prevue. The export baseline protects newer edits. Re-export stale workbooks. Formula code is not executed; only saved results can be read.
Effect on Public Viewer
Existing row changes can update a published viewer immediately.
