You need to be the project owner. This is irreversible in the app.
Open Analytics
Open the correct project and its Analytics tab. Retain any reporting you need before proceeding.
Choose Reset analytics
Choose Reset analytics. Read the warning: all analytics history for this project and all date ranges will be deleted.
Confirm the reset
Confirm Permanently reset analytics only when you intend to remove the history.
Refresh and continue
Wait for success, refresh the report and allow new visitor activity to accumulate.
Expected Results
The analytics event history is cleared and new public activity continues to be recorded.
Tips and Limits
This is irreversible in the app. Enquiries, content and uploaded files are retained, so Enquiries received can still include saved submissions. It is not a reset of only the selected date range. Delete unwanted enquiries separately.
Effect on Public Viewer
No layout publishing step. Reset does not disable the viewer or erase project content.
