Sync now
Use Sync now after a sheet edit when you want an immediate refresh attempt.
Check last-sync status
Open Google Sheet to inspect last-sync status or an error.
Remap or manage in Prevue
Read the sheet again to remap fields, or choose Managed in Prevue for a field that should stop syncing.
Exclude or Include
Use Exclude on a linked row to hide it, then Include again in the bin to restore eligibility.
Disconnect and keep rows
To end the connection, choose Disconnect sheet then Disconnect and keep rows.

Missing source IDs hide their records while retaining data and placements. Changing an ID creates a different linked record. Reconnecting after disconnect imports new linked rows.

Sync, exclusion and inclusion can change public record visibility without republishing.
