Create records for lots or other saleable items and update their commercial information. A new Availability record is saved; it is initially unplaced.
You need editor access to the project. Enter adds a row only when Name is editable and non-empty; a Sheets-mapped Name is read-only.
Add a point
Open Points and choose Add point.
Edit the fields
Edit Name, Status, Price, Area, Frontage (m), Depth (m), Description, Agent or Contact as needed.
Move between cells
Press Tab to move between cells. In an editable non-empty Name cell, press Enter to save the name, add a manual Availability row and select its new name.
Show columns
Use Columns to show hidden fields. Depth is hidden in the editing table by default.
Place on the map
Go to Map then Add points to place the record.
Expected Results
A new Availability record is saved. It is initially unplaced and becomes visible only when it has a published placement.
Tips and Limits
Enter adds a row only when Name is editable and non-empty; a Sheets-mapped Name is read-only. The shortcut returns to Custom order and clears the tag filter. Depth is a numeric lot measurement in metres. Room specifications belong to house packages. Change Point type in the row when creating an Information record.
Effect on Public Viewer
Edits to existing published records update live. New placements require publishing.
