Track uploaded files across projects and reclaim safely unused content. Files not needed by saved content are removed and the account usage is updated.
You need to be the account owner. The default allowance is 100 MB across the account, not per project.
Open Account storage
Open Account storage and choose Refresh.
Review usage
Review total usage, file types, per-project totals and the file list.
Detach unused references
Detach unwanted references or publish a replacement background when the previous public file is no longer needed.
Clean up unused files
Choose Clean up unused files and read the confirmation.
Confirm and refresh
Confirm deletion and refresh usage.
Expected Results
Files not needed by saved content are removed and the account usage is updated.
Tips and Limits
The default allowance is 100 MB across the account, not per project. An administrator can raise it; Account storage shows the current allowance. Drafts, published viewers and archived items can keep files in use. New unattached uploads are normally protected for 24 hours. Replacements need room for both files. Downloaded backups and database rows are not counted as uploaded-file storage.
Effect on Public Viewer
Cleanup is an immediate permanent file operation. Publishing a replacement may be needed before its old asset is unused.
