Maintain reusable home designs separately from lot data. Each package has its own record and can be assigned to multiple lots.
You need editor access to the project. Prices display as entered; Prevue does not automatically add land and construction prices.
Add a house package
Open Houses and choose Add house package.
Enter package details
Enter House name, Builder name, From price, room counts, House size and Minimum frontage.
Add images and floorplan
Add a main image and a complete floorplan URL where available.
Duplicate similar designs
Use the duplicate action for a similar package, then edit the copy.
Archive or delete
Archive a package to hide it, Restore to return it, or use Delete forever for permanent removal.
Expected Results

Tips and Limits
Prices display as entered; Prevue does not automatically add land and construction prices. Room specifications belong to Houses. Minimum frontage is descriptive and does not automatically assign or validate compatible lots. Archive retains assignments; permanent deletion removes them.
Effect on Public Viewer
House details and archive or restore changes affect packages on published lots immediately.
