Tips and Limits

New projects start with Available, Reserved and Sold. Status labels can be renamed, for example to Under Offer. Information points do not use availability status. Sold-price hiding recognises the built-in sold identity or a status named Sold; avoid using that name for a different business meaning. Availability polygons use the assigned status colour; Information polygons use the shared Information area styling.

Effect on Public Viewer

Status names, colours and record assignments update live without republishing.
