Move from a saved draft to a shareable public map. The project has a public viewer link and embeddable viewer using its published layout.
You need paid or authorised publishing access. The trial allows Preview but not public publishing.
Preview first
Wait for pending saves and open Preview to inspect all backgrounds and popups.
Publish changes
Choose Publish changes when the layout is ready.
Share the link
Open Share and choose Copy link or Open viewer.
Copy embed code
For another website, choose Copy embed code and paste it into that site's HTML or embed component.
Disable public viewer
To withdraw access, choose Disable public viewer in Share.
Expected Results
The project has a public viewer link and embeddable viewer using its published layout.
Tips and Limits
The trial allows Preview but not public publishing. Public viewers intentionally expose eligible placed records and enabled content, not the entire editor project. Disabling the viewer stops public access but retains the draft. If publication fails, read the reported invalid destination, missing background or access issue before retrying.
Effect on Public Viewer
Publish copies the saved draft layout to the public version. Live records continue updating separately.
