Update a Status
→ Open your project from the Dashboard.
→ Find the row in your Data Table.
→ Click the Status cell and select the new status.
That's it. Your live map updates the moment you make the change — no republishing, no waiting, nothing to email your web agency.
Create Your Own Custom Statuses
Statuses are fully customisable — create your own names and colours to match how your project sells.
→ Click the "…More" button and select "Edit Project".
→ [Find the Status section?]
→ Add a status, type a Name, and pick a Colour.
Some examples:
🟢 Available
🟡 Under Offer
🔴 Sold
🔵 Reserved / Leased / Coming Soon — whatever fits your project
Tips
Update statuses as soon as a deal moves — buyers checking your map at night or on weekends always see the real picture.
Keep it to 3–5 statuses. Too many colours makes your map harder to read at a glance.
Sold lots still show on your map by default, which builds buyer urgency as the map fills with red.
