Packages let you attach house & land packages (or bundled offers) to lots on your map — so buyers browsing a lot can see exactly what's available on it.
Create a Packages Column
→ Open your Data Table.
→ Add a new column and select the Packages type.
Add a Package
→ [Click into the Packages column / open the Packages manager?]
→ Give the package a Name (e.g. "Coral 24 by Metricon").
→ Add details — [price, image, brochure link, builder?]
Link Packages to Lots
One package can link to multiple lots — perfect when the same design fits several blocks.
→ [Select the package, then tick the lots it applies to?]
Buyers viewing any linked lot will see the package on your live map.
Tips
Link generously — if a design fits 10 lots, link all 10. More options per lot means more enquiries.
Keep package names in "Design by Builder" format so buyers instantly understand what they're looking at.
When a package sells out or a builder pulls it, unlink it once and it disappears from every lot at the same time.
