How Buyers Enquire
→ A buyer clicks a point on your map.
→ They fill in the enquiry form — name, contact details and message.
→ The enquiry is sent straight to your project's email address, including which lot or unit they asked about.
Change Where Enquiries Go
→ Click the "…More" button and select "Edit Project".
→ Update the Email Address field.
All future enquiries go to the new address immediately.
Tips
Use a shared inbox (e.g. sales@) rather than one person's email — leads shouldn't depend on who's on leave.
Reply fast. A buyer enquiring from your map is looking at your availability right now.
Your Privacy Policy and Terms links (set in project details) appear on the enquiry form — keep them current.
Direct HubSpot integration is coming soon, so enquiries will flow straight into your CRM.
