Finished with a project? Here's how to close it down properly.
Before You Delete
Deleting a project removes its map, data and settings [permanently?]. If you might need it again:
Export your Data Table to Excel first as a backup.
[Or is there an archive option that keeps data without billing?]
Delete a Project
→ [From the Dashboard, click "…More" on the project card and select Delete?]
→ Confirm.
Billing for the project [stops immediately / at the end of the current period?].
The live link and any embedded maps stop working.
Tips
Sold out a stage but the estate continues? Consider keeping the project live — a fully sold map is great social proof for the next release.
If your map is embedded on a website, let your web person know before deleting so they can remove the embed.
